Amed Bali is located in Amed Village, Abang Bali. If you come from the city center of Karangasem it can be reached within 30 minutes driving away by motorbike, and if you come from Denpasar it will take 78 km or 2.5 hours.

Many residents here earn a living as fishermen, salt farmers, and ranchers. So no wonder if there are many shanties to dry seawater into salt. Even the salt farmers right there is don't mind to explain you the steps to produce the salt.
